First Line Management or Team Leading is about developing the leadership skills of those who have first line management and leadership responsibilities. This qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers that supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes. First Line Managers set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day-to-day operational and project activates are a key part of the role
Who is the Apprenticeship aimed at?
Practising or aspiring managers in roles such as: • Team Leader • Supervisor • Project Officer • Shift Manager • Site Manager • Office Manager
Details of the Apprenticeship:
Apprentices will demonstrate core knowledge, skills and behaviours to be fully competent as a First Line Manager
The apprenticeship will typically take 15 months to complete including End Point Assessment (EPA).
The main programme is delivered by our team of experts through group or one-to-one sessions
